Lemang

Hello my followers! Oh my god, guys. I'm so hungry. You know what, I was imagine about 'Lemang'. Do you guys know what is 'Lemang'? Haha, here we go! As you can see above here is a picture of bamboo rice. In bahasa they called it as 'Lemang'. It is cooked with coconut milk in hollowed bamboos. But they will put banana leaves first to wrapping the rice inside the bamboos because they want to prevent from sticking to the bamboos. This is because the rice already mixed with coconut milk and it will be sticky. The 'Lemang' will cook over the fire. Based from my experience, I preffered to choose Lemang Orang Asli. It is located area near to Genting Sempah. They are located at the roadside of the highway. For Malaysian, actually 'Lemang' will be famous when there is celebration of 'Hari Raya Aidilfitri' which in English is Happy Eid for muslims. They will celebrate it with 'Lemang' and eat it with 'Rendang Ayam'. Without all these, 'Hari Raya' is incomplete.

Teh Tarik

In Malaysia, they called it ‘Teh Tarik’. It is made from black tea and condensed milk. This ‘Teh Tarik’ considered national drink in Malaysia and famous among Southeast Asian. They will drink it when breakfast with ‘Nasi Lemak’. It is also can be found at restaurants, outdoor stalls and kopitiams. May be before this
we only can found it at Mamak’s restaurant.

But now 'Teh Tarik' has its own specific cafe, probably the main menu is only focus on 'Teh Tarik'. The name of the cafe is 'Teh Tarik Place' that placed in IOI Mall, Puchong. I knew this place when I was around in the IOI Mall and it looks interesting. The arrangement of the cafe is quite nice and comfortable for us to spend our time with friends and families. Big Cup Coffee

Malaysia is known as a country that is on the equator. With the hot weather, everyone will looking for water to drink. So, I have found a stall that sells many flavors of drink. As we can see at the picture, there is a lot of menu what we can choose. The flavor is from coffee and fruity. It is also affordable for us to buy because the normal cup is price RM4.00 and the special cup is price RM5.00. The different between the normal and the secial one are special got cream right on the top but the normal cup there is no cream on the top. Some people assumed that this brand is copied Starbucks' brand and logo. But for me this is our effort to success. But at least the price is not that expensive like Starbucks. The taste also same as Starbucks but may be the quality of the ingredients itself are different. So the price of Strabucks is more expensive than the local brand.
